Last week was the 19th installment of online movie night. If I hadn’t been the one to choose Megaforce, I would have faked an injury and went off to do literally anything else. There are absolutely zero quotable zingers that could have made this movie worth the time invested.
Plot was bad. Dialogue was so boring that at almost no point in the movie did any of know what was actually taking place. We were actively scouring for anything which could have made this movie interesting and aside form trying to guess the country each Megaforce member was from (there was a national flag patch on their left arm) we came up incredibly empty handed.
Here is a little trivia for all of you that couldn’t make it last week. Guess which of the following 4 countries listed below represented the Megaforce team. (see screen caps for a hint)
- USA
- France
- U.K.
- Russia
- Italy
- Mexico
- Japan
- Dixie
- Canada
- Australia
All in all, this movie was “Grade A how in the fuck was this made garbage” and nearly gave Manborg a run for the title. The only redeeming quality for this movie was the now infamous SHADOW DONG. As well as maybe the final motorcycle flight sequence.
(thanks to Qaadir for the brilliant screen caps)

Good god the Shadow Dong. My favorite part was how hard we laughed (Chris & I) at the shear brilliance of that sequence. I’ll never forget that scene.
