Movie Gentlemen,
Last week we returned to some form of movie night, watching FX from 1986 on TwoSeven.xyz.
Recap!
Special effects man has to fight for his life after he is double crossed by the FBI witness protection program. There’s really only one scene that he really uses his undercover FX skills. I think as a kid I probably remember the second movie more which involves a robotic clown. The only real gem of the movie is that Cote spotted a guy detangling a flag on top of the building in the background of one shot and Dallman carved a wooden spoon the whole time. that’s pretty much how it went.
The report on the site is that the site worked well when it worked! We could not get it to work for everyone on Amazon… or we probably would have watched “Guns Akimbo” so we went with the backup plan and watched F/X (1986) that I had uploaded to google drive earlier.
This seemed to work, it just will depend on me planning ahead! Which is always a crapshoot.
So are we going to try again this week?
I say we do! I’m good with Wednesday or moving back to Thursday. I think Jesse can join if its on thursday.
