#37 – Wyrmwood: Road of the Dead

Movie Blokes,

37 for real this time. According to the list we’ve watched 37 movies. but we started the list with #1, so this is the 38th email.

Zombie Gas Powered Trucks

We skipped around the list and eventually got Bill E to go out of left field and pick Wyrmwood, an Australian zombie* movie with it’s own strange rules and special outback character traits. I like the inventiveness of having the disease be airborne and only affect people with certain blood types, makes the logic of it cleaner (kind of like TWD did with everyone being affected). Some parts were awesome, some were funny, some were dumb. Comedy-Horror is a hard genre I only like a couple of them. This was generally enjoyed by all, but it received a decidedly average final score of 2.42… better than ‘Skin Deep’ worse than ‘Return of the Killer Tomatoes’.
